配合“Kazan Digital Week 2026”即将于今年10月27日至11月4日举行,Kazan Digital Week 2026联合主办人兼Technoriant Sdn Bhd董事经理拿督Bruce Lim于周四(10日)率领马来西亚企业家代表团,拜会俄罗斯驻马来西亚大使奈伊尔·拉特波夫(Naiyl M. Latypov),就马来西亚与俄罗斯在数码科技、创新、贸易及投资等领域的发展与合作机会进行交流。
此次拜访也为即将展开的马来西亚企业代表团赴俄罗斯考察及参与Kazan Digital Week 2026活动拉开序幕,进一步推动马来西亚企业与俄罗斯及金砖国家(BRICS)商业网络的交流与对接。


受邀出席此次拜访活动的企业界代表,包括大橙传媒集团(Big Orange Media Group)总裁、独角兽资本控股集团(HFU Capital Group)及VC创投国际俱乐部总裁,同时也是美国Exchange Listing LLC首席运营官的陈学萩(Veronica Tang)。
其他参与此次拜会的企业家及企业代表包括BRICS International Malaysia代表拿督斯里James Wong、

深化马俄数码科技与商业合作
Kazan Digital Week是俄罗斯规模最大的数码科技与创新平台之一,每年汇聚来自全球的政府代表、科技企业、创业者、投资机构及行业专家。
根据主办方资料,该活动预计吸引超过2万名参与者,来自74个国家和地区,超过1200名演讲嘉宾及286家参展企业参与,涵盖金融科技、网络安全、医疗保健、教育及智慧交通等10大主题领域。
值得关注的是,马来西亚将在Kazan Digital Week的东盟专属论坛“The Look East Digital Pact: Russia & ASEAN”中参与交流,并与印度尼西亚、泰国、汶莱、越南、巴基斯坦及中国等国家代表,共同探讨俄罗斯与东盟之间的数码合作与发展机遇。
这也让马来西亚企业有机会进一步融入俄罗斯—东盟数码经济合作网络,并探索科技、投资、贸易及跨境商业发展的新空间。
九天俄罗斯考察行程 连接莫斯科与喀山
“Kazan Digital Week 2026”将于10月27日至11月4日举行,为期9天,行程横跨莫斯科及喀山两大城市,并结合政府、商业、教育及国际交流等多个环节。
代表团行程包括部长级会议及莫斯科工商会交流活动、与Kazan Digital Week主席Rifkat Minnikhanov举行专属会议及代表团晚宴,以及前往创立于1907年的俄罗斯普列汉诺夫经济大学(Plekhanov Russian University of Economics)参与高管发展课程。
此外,主办方也将安排马来西亚企业代表与莫斯科及喀山的俄罗斯领先企业进行商业配对与交流,协助企业寻找潜在合作伙伴及拓展市场。
行程最后将于莫斯科参与BRICS Global Awards及闭幕晚宴,为此次马来西亚企业代表团的俄罗斯之行画上句点。
Malaysian Entrepreneur Delegation Visits Russian Ambassador Ahead of Kazan Digital Week 2026
In conjunction with the upcoming Kazan Digital Week 2026, scheduled to take place from October 27 to November 4 this year, Kazan Digital Week 2026 Co-Organiser and Managing Director of Technoriant Sdn Bhd, Dato’ Bruce Lim, led a delegation of Malaysian entrepreneurs on Thursday (Sept 10) to pay a courtesy visit to the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Malaysia, Naiyl M. Latypov.
During the visit, the delegation exchanged views on development and collaboration opportunities between Malaysia and Russia in the areas of digital technology, innovation, trade and investment.
The visit also marked the beginning of the Malaysian business delegation’s upcoming mission to Russia and participation in Kazan Digital Week 2026, with the aim of further promoting exchanges and business connections between Malaysian companies, Russia and the BRICS business network.
Among the business leaders invited to attend the visit was Veronica Tang, President of Big Orange Media Group, HFU Capital Group and VC Venture Capital International Club, who also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Exchange Listing LLC, USA.
Other entrepreneurs and business representatives who participated in the visit included Datuk Seri James Wong, representative of BRICS International Malaysia; Robin Leong, Head of Strategy and Marketing at Minko International Sdn Bhd; Dato Sri Ting Teck Sheng, Chief Executive Officer of White Knights Alliance Capital Corporation; Eugene Ng, National Deputy President of the Persatuan Usahawan Muda Malaysia (PUMM); Datuk Nitesh Malani, President of Yayasan Usahawan Malaysia; Jaziri Alkaf Abdillah Suffian, Chairman of BRICS International Malaysia and Strategic Executive of WIPPD; John Tay, Chief Strategy Officer of MyloTa; and Dato’ Veera.
Strengthening Malaysia–Russia Digital and Business Cooperation
Kazan Digital Week is one of Russia’s largest platforms for digital technology and innovation, bringing together government representatives, technology companies, entrepreneurs, investment institutions and industry experts from around the world.
According to the organisers, the event is expected to attract more than 20,000 participants from 74 countries and regions, featuring over 1,200 speakers and 286 exhibiting companies. The programme covers 10 key thematic areas, including financial technology, cybersecurity, healthcare, education and intelligent transportation.
Of particular significance, Malaysia will participate in the dedicated ASEAN forum, “The Look East Digital Pact: Russia & ASEAN,” alongside representatives from Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Pakistan and China to explore opportunities for digital cooperation and development between Russia and ASEAN.
This will provide Malaysian companies with an opportunity to further integrate into the Russia–ASEAN digital economy network and explore new avenues for technology, investment, trade and cross-border business development.
Nine-Day Russia Mission Connecting Moscow and Kazan
Kazan Digital Week 2026 will take place from October 27 to November 4, featuring a nine-day programme spanning the two cities of Moscow and Kazan, incorporating government, business, education and international exchange activities.
The delegation’s programme will include ministerial meetings and engagement sessions with the Moscow Chamber of Commerce, as well as a dedicated meeting and delegation dinner with Rifkat Minnikhanov, Chairman of Kazan Digital Week. Delegates will also participate in an Executive Development Programme at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, which was established in 1907.
In addition, the organisers will arrange curated business matching and networking sessions between Malaysian delegates and leading Russian companies in Moscow and Kazan, helping participating businesses identify potential partners and explore new market opportunities.
The mission will conclude in Moscow with participation in the BRICS Global Awards and Closing Gala, bringing the Malaysian business delegation’s Russia mission to a meaningful conclusion.
